  • Warranty

    We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. A mistake in any area can always happen to you, even if you try hard to prevent it. Legally, you are obliged to report a defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

    We do not provide any guarantee on breakage of chocolate bars, treat items, candy bags, candy silos, lollipops/candy sticks or chips, this can always happen with shipping. Shipping of these is at your own risk.

    Packages 200 grams or 1 kilo
    It may sometimes happen that there is a slight deviation of up to 5% upwards or downwards.

  • Complaints

    It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us, you can do this by sending an email to klantenservice@mrsnoep.nl

    If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur .

    As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
